My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Kentucky
I allowed my son to live with his father, his choice before the dirvorce was final. The custody agreement states that he has physical custody of him but we share joint custody and it lays out my visitation. I have since the divorce became final moved to another state. My ex refuses to let my son visit me. I am supposed to have him every other holiday and 1 month out of the summer. He does not want him visiting me because I have a new boyfriend where I am. There is no legal reason why my son should not be around him when he comes here to visit me. What steps do I need to take to enforce my visitation?
