Class 2 Distribution Charge
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Tennessee
Hi all, I am new to the forums and I have googled this several times and cannot seem to find the answer to my question. So here goes......I was told by a friend that works at our county courthouse that my husband has a sealed indictment for Class 2 Distribution Charge and he also said that I had a paper for an accomplise or something like that. Can you tell me what those charges are and what the sentences are? Also, we are living in a different state now, how do they go about serving you with papers or picking you up? Would they come to KY, would they wait at your Dr's office, use of SS#, would they actually track you down is my question? Or if he laid low for 8 years and didn't get into any trouble would it be wiped clean then? Which is probably not possible but just a thought. I am scared for the both of us. PLEASE HELP!!!
Re: Class 2 Distibution Charge
Warrants for arrest don't go away... ever.
Call a Tennessee attorney and have him/her check it out.
