    Termination-Separation and Banned Off Property
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Idaho

Well here is the story. Ive been working at KFC from 05/07/05 - 07/25/08
    *Part Time

    Gave a 3 week notice which was 7/30/08 {Thats the end of 3 weeks}
Quit on 7/25/08 (employer wants 2 week notice)

On my separation report it says: [CHECK] Quit Date Employee Gave Notice: No Notice Given / Date Employee Gave for last day of employment: ___Blank___
Reason Employee Gave for Quitting __ None given__

    Explain Reason for Termination:
    NOT ELIGABLE FOR REHIRE
"Mike Has been given notice he is not to be on KFC/AW Property 5102 Cleveland blvd or he will be sited for Tresspassing"
[This was WRITTEN AFTER I SIGNED THE PAPER, but its his word against mine]

    I SIGNED THE PAPER FOR:
Voluntarily Quit my job for reasons above
    Reported all injuries
    Received all Salary
[DID NOT SIGN FOR: Termination was fully explained to me - I know my rights for Unemployment, I feel i dont understand cause he is B/Sin me]

    ------------------------------------------------
Now i called 1800-call-kfc and filled a report because my boss banned me for quiting early and saying im not allowed on the property or inside. The lady said she was sorry and is Making a report to above management and will give me a call back.

Now I DID NOT SIGN THE PAPER with it saying im not allowed on the property. He wrote that in afterwards. (His word against mine) Also the NO NOTICE GIVEN is B/S i gave a notice and LAST DAY OF WORK.

Is there anything i can do with local and government agencies to have this straightend out and also can he really Ban me off the property?

    Many thanks for the help.

Yes, he can ban you. He doesn't even have to have a reason.

You quit. The manager had a temper tantrum (common in the fast food industry) and said he wouldn't rehire you and banned you from the property. Sounds pretty normal for that industry.

What is it precisely that you want straightened out?

Well i thought he cant just write in the separation report that he wanted me banned, after i signed the paper.

And also the NO quitting date given was not accurate...yes i quit early but i did give a date.
