Emancipation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: FLORIDA

i need help my girlfriend has had to move to florida because of her situation. she is currently temporarily living with a family member that if you lived with you would strngle the person. my girlfriend has had to go there because she had to to got to dhs because of her mom. her current gaurdian is a threat to her. my girfriend currently holds down a job well paying job at a resteraunt. but is only 15 as of a couple weeks ago. i need help because i do not want her being in either situation with the gaudian or the biological. i live in oklahoma and this is where her life is but we have no emancipation laws here tht i am aware of. i am not sure if the guardian would initiate emancipation. is there any possible way to get her emancipated and her live in oklahoma.

In Florida her guardians would have to petition.

But she's not old enough, nor would a judge grant it so that she can live with her boyfriend.
