    Custody Arrangement in California
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California

I have a shared 50/50 legal and physical custody of my child. My daughter's mother likes to have her mother babysit while she runs around with her old high school friends. She oftentimes goes on vacations when my daughter is with me. She lives with her parents and refuses to work until our daughter is in school, thus I am paying an inflated child support. She asked for the max even though she refuses to work and has no bills whatsoever.

Basically, I'm just getting sick and tired of watching her be a crappy mom. Her whole reason for asking for the divorce in the first place was because she just didn't think that we were "best friends." Now it seems like the real reason was she couldn't handle being a full time mom and would rather have the freedoms of being single with almost no responsibility.

I've been holding back saying anything to her about this, but I've just about had it. Her parents will never say anything to her, so if I just stated the truth and sort of called her out on her idiotic behavior, could that in some way effect our custody agreement? In other words, would she have any grounds to try and change the custody agreement because she didn't like the way I talked to her and questioned her parenting ability?

It would take psychic powers to know what she will do if you start berating her for her lifestyle. You know her and we don't, so you should have a much better idea than we could as to how she will respond.
