Punctuation is your friend. Try rewriting that using, you know, commas, sentences, etc., as it doesn't make much sense as written.

You would owe your taxes, and you would risk action being taken on the tax lien. What else would you expect?

Is your goal to keep your house? Then you need to pay the taxes as well.
I don't really understand why you are asking this question. Your taxes are a debt and the bankruptcy laws require you list all debts. You might be able to pay the taxes over 3-5 years in your plan.
It sounds like you are trying to pull a fast one and not list the taxes in your debt list. The bankruptcy is here to help you make up ground. I don't see how not listing your tax debt would offer any benefit.
