19 With a MIP Previous Marijuana Charge

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia

I am 19 years old and i got arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. I have a previous marijuana charge that has been worked out so it doesn't show on my record, however i think it may show up now that this is my second time getting arrested. Should i get a lawyer? What are the possible outcomes for this situation? Any information would be great. Thanks for the help in advance.
