Police come and get you and bring you back home. If you do this over and over you can go to jail
In addition to panther's answer:
Depending on where you are running to, you could be- raped, beaten, killed, etc. You are so young and the world is NOT a nice place for a run away. I know this because when I was a teen, between the ages of 13 and 15 I ran away a total of 16 times, and I narrowly escaped death several times.
No matter how bad things seem, there is always a better answer than running away. Please confide in a trusted adult and you'll find help for your situation.

Just because you want to stay where you are does not mean that you will be allowed to. Unless there is a VERY good reason why it would not be in your best interest to return home (in which case you would almost certainly end up in foster care and/or a ward of the state), yes, you would have to return home. The answers do not change if you are pregnant; pregnancy would, however, make it MORE likely that the state would take charge of you.
There are also issues that whoever GOT you pregnant could very likely face criminal charges for statutory rape, and that whoever would let you stay with them could face charges for harboring a runaway and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. So not only do you risk getting yourself a place to stay with the state, you risk getting OTHER people a place to stay with the state too - except their place will have bars on it.
