I'm an aupair but my family wants to stay with me.
they travel a lot so I need another tipe of visa to travel out of US because aupair in second year cannot live the country.
So I want know how can I change ,what kind of visa i need and if I try get another visa and the embassy don't give me can i come back to US with my J1?

If you want to be able to work in the U.S., and no longer qualify for J1 status, I believe you would have to qualify for an H1b employment visa - and I don't think a nanny would qualify. I suggest you consult an immigration lawyer to see if there is any work visa for which you might qualify.
so B1 will be the right visa?
I don't see how a B1 visa would apply to your working as a nanny - you would be excluded from "gainful employment" under a B1 visa.
