My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan
I was just wondering what my punishment will be? I'm 17 and it is my second offense.
Is house arrest a possibility? Is a lawyer even neccesary? Basically anything you can tell me I'd appreciate.

While you get LRM that info let me stressed you are facing a criminal charge and possible jail. YES! you need an Attorney
It just says misdemeanor retail fraud. The first time all I had to do was pay a fine. I know that they won't be that leniant this time. I'm just not sure what to expect.
