    I overstayed my VWP for 30 and left the usa in august 2004. vistied usa again in febuary 2005, i was refused entry in september 2005 because i overstayed in 2004 and asked to apply for a visa to come to the usa again.
    my question is what are my chances of getting a visa and what is on my file as i dont know if i am bar for life, 1 yr, 3 yrs or 10 . Can someone advice me pls.

    Hi, Does this reply means I have to get a lawyer to request for my files with the DHS and FBI, why FBI I have no record when i was there. can you also advice if possible the time frame and the cost involve in requesting for these files before i apply to visit and what should I have to provide my ties in England. Please help???
