As you should already know, Arizona emancipation statutes (quoted here) require you to submit at least one of the following:
    (i) Documentation that The minor has been living on the minor's own for at least three consecutive months.

(ii) A statement explaining why the minor believes the home of the minor's parent or legal guardian is not a healthy or safe environment.

(iii) A notarized statement that contains written consent to the emancipation and an explanation by the minor's parent or legal guardian.
If this is a divorce situation, you should be submitting the consent of your custodial parent. Emancipation is not meant to provide an end-run around a court's custody decisions.

You either get emancipated from both parents or not at all. Emancipation from only one parent is not emancipation; it is a change of custody.
