As you should already know, Arizona emancipation statutes (quoted here) require you to submit at least one of the following:
(i) Documentation that The minor has been living on the minor's own for at least three consecutive months.If this is a divorce situation, you should be submitting the consent of your custodial parent. Emancipation is not meant to provide an end-run around a court's custody decisions.
(ii) A statement explaining why the minor believes the home of the minor's parent or legal guardian is not a healthy or safe environment.
(iii) A notarized statement that contains written consent to the emancipation and an explanation by the minor's parent or legal guardian.
You either get emancipated from both parents or not at all. Emancipation from only one parent is not emancipation; it is a change of custody.
