U.S. Citizen Getting Married to J1 Visa Holder
Hello, I really would appreciate some help in this case. I am getting married to my fiance here in the US before his J1 Visa expires. He completed the process with the 2 year waiver, so the 2 year rule does not apply. I was wondering what paperwork I need to fill out (Applications, etc.) and if I need a lawyer? Also, I am lost as to what the entire procedure is..Do I just have to fill out the application for Green Card through Marriage or is there more paperwork involved??

    Thank You in advance:confused:
