Re: Assault on a Female by a Wal-Mart Employee for Concealing Goods
Ohh, and for all of you who told me to make sure my lawyer sees these posts on this forum,I did. I emailed it to him,and he wasn't pleased...he was mad as hell at everyone who ridiculed me, and told me not to listen to any of the negative smartasses on here, and also that most of you don't know shit about the law,or anything else for that matter.I've read plenty of threads on here where there are people who have done alot worse than me,and were given the utmost respect, and honest,non-sarcastic answers.A few were a few of you on here who did the total opposite.I can't remember your screen names, but I want to give a great big thank you to the people who posted to help me out as best as they could, and a thanks a hell of a lot to the ones who made me feel like a no good for nothing piece of shit.Everyone has feelings, and for a select few of you, you did a wonderful job hurting mine, anhttp://www.expertlaw.com/forums/images/styles/expertlaw/smilies/mad.gif
:mad:d I want to thank you for the constant tears...DAMN IT, I HATE ASSHOLES!

Please take your potty mouth some place else as I will be reporting this post. By the way I have my doubts on your Lawyer story. If you had a family member who is a Lawyer why would you come here?

My attorney only has to handle the "concealment of goods" charge. So, he will have an easy job making easy money

Oh, and my lawyer is my grandfather(HAHA!) One of the BEST CD lawyers in this state, and all I owe him is my word that it won't happen again.
I guess I got confused on that part, if you're not paying for a lawyer how will he make any money?
And I wasn't choosing the LP's side, just simply stating if you didnt want that embarassment to go down you shouldn't have done what you did. You also need to realize he was doing the job he is paid to do You may have thought he acted wrong but how is he supposed to know you're different from the hundreds of other shoplifter's he's dealt with? He doesn't know you, nor what you're thinking. And unless you can say he intentionally meant to bruise you, it was nothing more than an accident. Like someone mentioned some people bruise easier than others. How was he to know?
And being poor has nothing to do with how people are treating you, perhaps it's your language and responses you're getting when seeking answers for "free". Good Luck.
