April 2000 my brother had a domestic battery charge....after fine, anger mangement classes and community service he has met his terms of the conviction. Advice from a lawyer had told him that seeled records happen after 5 years automatically in Las Vegas, NV. Is this true or do you have to petition for this to be done? Yhnx
