my niece lost her visa when she went home to st kitts for my dad's funeral now she's stuck there. her dad (my brother) is a citizen but he is of no help and her mom is not a citizen. how can i help her get her visa to come back, what do i do? i live in pa and i am her only family that is a citizen. she wants to go to school and work.

she had a work visa. she was living in canada she went over on a travel visa and found a job and switched it so she can stay. is there anyting i can do o help her?

she was born i st kitts. visa issued at barbados consulate. she got a travel visa and went to canada then found a job so it was switched to a work visa. it was expiring when she went back to st kitts for the funeral so she got stuck there. she wants to go to school and work and i would like to help her come back up here. i live in pa.
Presumably, she should apply for a new work visa for Canada. (This information may help.) If you are claiming that she no longer qualifies for any visa, she should consult a Canadian immigration lawyer.

if you read again what i said ...she went to canada to travel which she then stayed because she found a job. her visa was changed at the barbados consulate. they are in charge of all st kitts visa's. she was born in st kitts and is a citizen of there. she would like to move to pa.
