    Minor Emancipation and Marriage
Im 16 years old and I have a 22 year old boyfriend. I live with my mom, grandpa, and 2 sisters in Florida. My mom doesnt approve of my boyfriend (not because of his age, but because of his appearance). Im going out with him secretly. I have problems with my mom at home. We get into a lot of serious arguements. She won't let me get emancipated and I dont think I can wait until Im 18. My boyfriend wants me to move in with him and get away from my mom. But I dont want him to get in trouble if she finds out about us. Me and him have even discussed going to another state to get married (where they dont require parental consent), then coming back to Florida so that I could get automatically emancipated since Im married.

Is there anyway that this is possible without getting my mom's consent about anything?

    Emancipation
As you have at least one parent, Florida law would require any emancipation petition to be filed by your parent(s).

There is no state that will allow a minor to marry without parental consent/court approval/special circumstances.
