Progressive Visits
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
When the original order was set up, we had progressive visitations set up to help my son get to know his bio dad. But, he has not completed these steps, he didnt even complete the first step, and has not seen him in over a year and 8 months. My son just turned three. Should his bio dad ask for a visit again, can I still request that he do the stair step visits to help me son get to know him? Or did all of that change once he turned three?

Re: Progressive Visits
Believe it or not, I haven't read the order. You are supposed to do what the order says. If it says "full visitation rights at age three", that's your answer. If you want to change the order, you need to go back to court.
