Emancipation in Ohio

Please Help!!!

I need some advice. I am 14 years old and I want to be emancipated from my mother. She is so wrapped up in her husband that she doesn't even know I exist unless it is to her husband benefit. Her husband has on occasion torn my belongings up, hit me, and just does everything to turn my world upside down. I know I can be okay being away from her because I have many poeple in my family who has tried to help in my situation but it just continues to get worse. I want to live with one of my aunts and they have told me time and time again that I am welcome to come and stay but my mother will not allow me to stay where I can be happy. I need to know what I can do because children services have been called and they don't consider this to be abuse so I need to know what I can do.

Ohio has no emancipation provisions.

You cannot be emancipated in Ohio short of getting married or entering military service - and both of those require parental permission.

And cannot be done at age 14 in any case.
