    Giving Wrong Name At Arrest
My question involves criminal law for the state of: DC

I provided a wrong name at time of arrest and wwas fingerprinted and everthing. I was offered a diversion which i completed and the charges were dismissed.

My question is basically whats the worst that can happen to me
How can i attempt to expunge this record

You aren't clear. Are you saying you got diversion for the crime of lying to the police about your identity? Or are you stating that your record is in somebody else's name, because you lied and weren't caught?

The first two things I can think of include additional criminal charges for obstruction by disguise for giving the false name, and perjury - probably several counts of each, for starters.
