    Docking Pay Without Personal Notice
My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: North Carolina

Our boss said she was going to dock pay for work left un-done. She's been docking our pay without letting us know how much she was going to dock. Money has just been vanishing from our pay checks.

    Is this legal?

No. But it would be legal to fire you for work left undone.

    Thanks!

Someone said we should call OSHA about that, but I didn't know they dealt with pay?

OSHA does not deal with pay. "Someone" is wrong.

The correct agency is the NC department of labor.

They don't, but these folks do.
