I am new here. I just have some questions. Is it true that i have to be a US citizen before i can petition my mom? I am a 10 yr GC holder right now. Can i include my youngest brother in my mom's petition? He is my mom's dependent bcoz he is only 17 yrs old. Is it going to be a problem if he was born with different father? Me and him dont have the same father. Any info will help. Thanks.
