    Assult on a Police Officer
Help me guys, i am beyond pissed off.

Sheriff responded to my sons call about a damaged play station at my birthday party.

I had a few to drink this day, but was not seriously impared.

I waited on my front door step of the Apt. complex without a
container in hand for the cops to arrive.
Porch faces the back forty, and property is posted.

2 cars arrive, I greet them warmly, 1st cop responds.
Have you been drinking, I replied yes 6 or 7 today.

He rushes me, grabbing my left hand and saying you are under arrest for public intox.
I stiffen for just a second, trying to say I WAS WAITING FOR YOU GUYS.
The officer them yells thats resisting arrest.
By this time a second deputy rushes in and Zapes me with the stun gun.
This one says he was assulted as he got injured zapping me.
I have no recoliation if I pushed, kicked etc while being shocked.

After this I yell, I will go in peace, they then pile on running my head into the brick bld'g, and taking me down with extream force.

I the process, my elbow and shoulder have been injured.
after weeks, it looks like surgery is probable.

Watch out, these guys could have only more brutal ifr they hit me before asking questions.

New to the Red Necks of Va.
    BEWARE

My council has located appeal court decision 2001 that shows this property is not PUBLIC
    Ie.
Does not face public street or thru fare
    Property is posted
    Door faces back forty

I do not remember any assult, but the officer recieved a sprained finger.
My injuries are slight dislocated elbow, possible ligment damage
Collar bone injury to cartlidge and ligment.
10 percent loss of motion in elbow joint after 2 months.

Need to beat this, these offices could have only been a worse for behavior if they beat me first, then ask questions.

    Help PLEASE

Defending Against Assault on Officer Charge
Did any of the patrol cars have cameras which captured the incident? It's worth checking.

For now, focus on beating the charge. If you're convicted, it will likely severely limit your ability to pursue any form of civil rights claim.

When you reference your memory of the incident ("I do not remember any assult, but the officer recieved a sprained finger"), is that a reference to your memory being affected due to the consumption of alcohol? If so, your lack of clear memory may make it more difficult for you to defend yourself, and you should discuss it with your lawyer.

Shock Therapy Case (Out of Court Settlement)[/b]

Grampian Health Board have settled out of court with 'Lizzie Merrie' ; a Scottish woman who had been suing them for negligence after being damaged by ECT. The Scottish Sunday newspaper Scotland on Sunday (16th August 1998) reported that Grampian Health Board had agreed to pay legal costs and damages (which are believed to be thousands of pounds) although they did not admit liability.

Ms Merrie was given Shock Treatment (ECT) four days after being admitted to Bilbohall Hospital in Elgin in 1992. She claims that ECT wiped out her memory:

"I found it almost impossible to remember anything that happened prior to the ECT treatment"[/i]

    Mr. Knowitall
    Intoxication versus Stun Gun Shock
The type and duration of shock you receive from a Taser is significantly different than that you would receive through ECT. Any lapse in memory is likely the result of intoxication.

    Memory
Thats possible, do you have actual stats voltages, amps, etc.
I think these things are 100k volts, sound correct?

Its also possible, with 2 officers one on each arm attempting to throw me to the ground, this assult or injury the third officer recieved was accidental.
    Ie.
Leg out, off balance etc., Thus no memory of any assult.

I remember every other detail exactly, and doubt 6 beers over the course of a few hours is responsible for any black, out as its never happened before under any circumstance's.
