    Deferred Adjudication And Naturalization
I know that DA is considered conviction according USCIS definition. My question is that if someone is given DA with 6 months probation and community service, will it stop the 5 year time accumulation for naturalization?

This is the first offense and if so, will it fall under 'Petty Offense Exception'?

Has anyone naturalized with this type of record?

Your experience would be very much appreciated.

We don't know anything about your offense. (Or is it this one? In which case you're double posting.) Talk to your lawyer.
