If I form an LLC in partnership, would it be possible to transfer my current H1 to that LLC (in the same field) without any other pre-conditions? I mean, should the LLC already have x employess before it can start transferring H1B visas?

If you're seriously trying to start an LLC so you can employ yourself under an H1 visa, I urge you to hire an immigration lawyer to assist you. Your new company would only be eligible for labor certification if you can adequately document that the company is in a position to offer employment in view of its prospects, financial picture and projections, and its customer or client base, if applicable, plus that your job category qualifies for labor certification. Until your company reaches that point, although you can invest in it and volunteer for it, you cannot work for your company (that is, until that point it cannot pay you, and you can't "transfer" your H1B to the new company).
