    Tennessee Emancipation Law
I'm 15 and have a healthy 5month baby girl. There's alot of stuff goin on in my house hold that i don't want my baby to be exposed to. I caught my step dad the other day showing himself to my baby girl. I have told her daddy who is also 15,and his parents know now too and they said i could come live with them in Atlanta. Would it be ok for me to leave to live with them if my mom knows where i'm at and where i'm staying? Or is there some kind of law that says i can't. What if i can proove to the courts that i'm taking care of my baby, and that i'm in a good home? then is it ok?

    Emancipating in Tennessee
Tennessee does not have an emancipation statute.

If you wish to move into your boyfriend's home, you will need your parents' permission.
