I Am 14 Years Old And I Want To Be Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: North Carolina


I'm 14 years old and I live in Cumberland County ,North Carolina and I'm considering being emancipated. The law in North Carolina states that I can become emancipated at the age of 16. I am in the tenth grade currently I am homeschooled. I have been through so much with my 'family' and I cant take living with them anymore through the verball and mental abuse its to much for me to take. It seems to me that everything I do upsets them and I've been refered too as a 'whore','idiot' and other numerous names. I admit I have made mistakes but the extent of the consequences is ridiculous. I have already been told that I need to leave by June 10 and I am currently trying to find somewhere to stay. If anybody could give me any advice on what to do until I can file for emancipation is grately appreciated.

No judge in any jurisdiction will emancipate a 14 year old.
