Divorce While Holding A G4 Visa
    Hi
I came to this country 7 years ago my husband is the card holder of a G4 visa and I have permit to work through it. (I am currently working) We have 2 kids the older one (14) he was born in our country and my husband is his step father. Our youngest one was born in the United States of America and he is 5 years old.
Now, my husband wants to get divorced but as we know if we do it I will have to return to our country with my older kid, because automatically (after divorced) my kid (the older one)and I will lose our G4 visas.
    1) It is true?
    2) Do I have any other possibility of stay in US after 7 years of work paying taxes and etc, My older kid can stay with me?
    3) Do I have any possibilities to stay having a citizen kid (my youngest son)?
    4) Do I have any other option to avoid return to my dangerous country of origin?
Please could you tell me if I have any option?
Thank you very much in advance

    Holy cats.

First, where are you from? If you're in danger of being murdered upon your return, you could apply for asylum.

More complicating, though, is that your youngest is a citizen. He can apply for a green card for you, but not until he reaches the age of 21.

It would be in your best interests to get an attorney who specializes in immigration issues.
