Short answer no you are not! In fact how old is the male who got you this way?
There is NO state where pregnancy provides legal emancipation to a minor. Medical emancipation, yes. Legal emancipation, no.
In fact, getting pregnant is pretty good way of ensuring that you will NOT be legally emancipated.
In fact, becoming pregnant at 15 just made your already tiny chances of becoming emancipated vanishingly small... to the point we shouldn't even discuss it anymore.
One more important point.
The teenager has complete and utter control over the baby. However, the parents of the teenager still has complete and utter control over the teenager.
After the baby is born, the father of the child may file for paternity, visitation and child support. Until a court orders it, the parents of the teenager may prohibit the father of the baby from any contact.
After the court orders visitation for the father and the baby, the parents can STILL prohibit any contact between the teenage mother and father. The father of the baby has a right to see his child (after proving it in court)... he does NOT have an automatic right to see the mother of his child.
