My girlfriend is wanting to get emancipated for many reasons. I have been looking online for the Emancipation form. Is there anywhere online I can obtain this?

No in fact in Florida its the minors parents who must file the petition.

Unless HER PARENTS will file the petition, emancipation is not going to happen. The ONLY way a minor in Florida can be emancipated is with the full cooperation of the parents, and even then it is by no means a guarantee.
