Termination Of Probation With The Federal Goverment
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: california

I have been employed with Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE) from 05-14-2006. On 4-07-2008 i was given a notice that i was being under investigation by the Los Angeles Sherriffs Office (LASO) for a criminal case occuring on or about 03-13-2008. on 4-08-2008 i was notified by DHS/ICE that i was reassigned to administrative duties pending the disposition of the case filed with LASO. On 5-06-2008 i was handed a letter of termination of my probation based on allegations of misconduct filed by several witness statements on behalf of the accuser. As a federal officer, I am held to a higher standard of conduct and always adhered to that standard. I was never questioned by DHS/ICE or LASO about these allegations against me and i would like to state, that these allegations made against me on the accusers behalf was false and deragatory.on 05-09-2008 the disposition of the case was declined and that i was cleared from any criminal charges pending. I also received a notice stating that the district attorneys office declined to file any charges for the incident that occured on or about 03-13-2008.
