How Well Do Seperation Agreements Hold Up
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: CA
If I have signed a seperation agreement with an employer and think I may have a case against my employer, Can holes be punched in the seperation agreement after the fact? Meaning I said I would not sue, but decide that maybe I really made a bad decision without proper legal consel can I go back and sue anyways if I have a valid complaint against the company?
Re: How Well Do Seperation Agreements Hold Up
ONLY an attorney in your state who has read the agreement in full can answer your question. We cannot interpret the validity, enforceability or legality of an agreement we have not read.
But I sure wouldn't count on it.

Agree, you need an employment or contract attorney in your state review the agreement & give you advice.
