Drug Possession: Expungement Of Possession Charge In North Carolina

My question involves criminal law for the state of: North Carolina

I got a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia recently in Mecklenburg County, NC. I am taking a drug education class to get it dismissed, but I still don't want the charge on my record. I know I could get an expungement, but I got one when I was 17 for a 1st degree trespassing charge that was dismissed in forsyth county(climbed over a fence to go to a pool after hours). I was wondering if because I got my expungement before I was 18, I may qualify for another. My guess is probably not. Any suggestions about something I else I could do to get it off of my record would help. Thank you.
