Wrongul Termination
I was hired on a job for approx 4 months. I was hired 2months prior to the semester starting to complete my BA degree in which the employer hired me with this understanding to accomodate my school schedule. After being hired it was clear that my Manager did not like me through his actions toward me on the job. After working on a flex schedule when school did start, my manager terminated siting the company could no longer work with my school schedule after allowing me to work a total duration of 4 and half months with the latter 2 months being on a flex schedule allowing me to go to school. I asked why was I being terminated and was told that it wasn't my work performance, they just couldn't work with my school schedule anymore. Is this right even when they hired me and agreed to me working on a flex schedule when school started?

If you were in one of the majority of states that practice "emploment at-will", then it is not wrongful termination. If you had a contract that was breached, or you worked in a right to work state, you may have experienced a wrongful termination.
Your school probably has a low or free legal clinic. Ask there.
