You should invest in a landlord tenant attorney. If not done correctly, it could take months to get your roommate out. However, here is a basic rundown:
Serve her with a 3 day notice to pay or quit
After 3 days, file an unlawful detainer at your local civil courthouse and have the defendant served. File the proof of service
The defendant has 5 days to respond. If no response, file your proof of service, default paperwork and judgment papers.
If there is an answer, you'll need to set it for trial.
Depending on what happens above, you'll need to pay the Sheriff to lock her out.
