PTSD Caused By Serious Accident On Interstate
My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: South Carolina
I'm a 17 year old driver and recently got into a car wreck on I-85. The lady who caused the wreck merged into my lane with me beside her and I did everything possible to avoid the wreck; I swerved to the left to keep her from running me into a concrete barrier and lost control of my car. My car spun out and hit hers, and she flipped hers. We both walked away from the wreck physically okay. However, since the wreck I've developed depression and I've not been able to drive on any interstate since then. Its been 2 months and I still have nightmares and anxiety attacks when I drive. I realize that she got the worst of the wreck, but this was my first wreck and it has impacted me greatly. Is it possible to sue for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for having to see a psychologist? She was faulted for the wreck and even attempted to fight the decision in court and she lost because she lied about most of the wreck. What do I do from here?

Anyone can sue anyone for anything but that doesn't mean they will win.
Have you called your ins. co. & notified them of your "medical" problems?
