Georgia courts are extremely strict when addressing non-competes. They must be reasonably limited as to scope, time, and geographic restrictions. Also, Ga. courts won't "blue pencil," (change a clause) so if a clause violates the law, the entire provision is removed.
However, you do need to take the agreement to an employment or contract attorney in your state for review & their opinion as to whether it is enforceable.
