My question involves a child custody case from the State of: md
Current order is temp and only states EOW 6-6pm with no other details, as well as CS. CP and NCP have to date followed order but CP has been about 5 minutes late opening door on a few occastions. In some instances, CP would not allow NCP to take child if NCP showed up 5-6 minutes earlier for pickup. NCP once asked to return baby (12 mos) at later time to take baby to an event. CP said no. Baby was returned at scheduled time. Recently, NCP called police after showing up for scheduled visitation. NCP knocked on door for 7-10 minutes and walked back to car. CP comes out and looks at NCP sitting in car. CP frowns and raises hands and walks back in house and closes door. NCP calls police and goes to meet police. CP comes back outside and is just standing outside with baby when NCP returns. NCP starts to talk to police and CP gives baby to NCP but NCP does not take baby (too busy talking about cp). NCP tells police that CP has committed this before. CP denies accusation. Police tell NCP just take baby and go since CP tried to hand over child. CP once again hands over baby. NCP takes baby and cp leaves and has no further discussion with NCP or police. All this happende within the first 30 minutes of sheduled pickup time.
If presented in court to determine final order, can this be used in court? Will it look bad on CP or NCP? :wallbang:
What is a typical schedule for new toddlers?
