Problem Neighbors
My question involves real estate located in the State of: GA
Our owners association just sort of died out from lack of time to operate it.
Neighbor behind me put Ginormous storage building in back corner of his lot. His set back from the line is good on my side but on my diagonal neighbors side it is short by like 10 feet. I just want to keep my mouth shut because it would be moved more into my field of view. but my wife can't stand the... well lets just call them the Clampetts... people and their continous junk and barking dogs. She want's me to stir up some crap for them.
Do I even have a place to say anything since it does not involve my property line?
Trees are not subject to setbacks but what are my remedies when all the magnolias start dumping stupid magnolia cones thus destroying my mower blades and causing me work?
Thanks

Re: Problem Neighbors
The problem being what? A violation of a local ordinance? A zoning violation? A violation of the rules of the (lapsed) HOA?

Re: Problem Neighbors
Your long term answer to get the HOA back up and running. With the money that you all are paying (all homeowners)hire a third party to run it if no one wants to get involved. This 3rd party will be the "enforcer" of the rule breakers and take the burden off of you. As far as the wife goes, well they probably won't be able to help you with that....good luck!
