My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California
4-plex has 6 parking spots. Each apartment is assigned 1 spot. One tenant rents an extra spot at $100 dollars a month. 2 other tenants habitually park in this extra spot. They have been asked many times to not park there but continue to do so.
What can we do to ensure tenants not park in this extra space?
