First Offense; First Probation Violation. What Will Happen?
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Seattle WA

I plead guilty to a attempted theft II; and its my first offense. I was ordered to do 40 hours community service and pay fines. my question; I didnt go to the appointed meeting for my community serivce and now im facing probation violation for not going. its my first one and i really thought I could do it at a later date. does it matter if i tell the judge that im a full time student and am working a part time job? and was going to do it as soon as I got a steady schedule going. what are the extents of my punishment? ...im really scared and nervous so any information would help.

I would recommend going before a judge and telling him that your probation had to suffer because you had more important things to do.

    You can be resentenced.

This was too good to leave on a link....:D
