My question involves criminal law for the state of: UTAH
I was caught On School Grounds (drug free zone) with a pack of cigarettes, nasal snuff (tobacco), 1/4 oz. of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia... I got a class A misdemeanor etc.. so What exactly am i looking at? I am a Minor (18 under)
