Child Support Fraud

My question involves child support in the State of: PA

My X is putting my child support money in an etrade account for her own retirement...the money is not going to my kids...is there a way to file discovery, expose the X's fraud and make sure the child support is being used for the children, not for the X's retirement:wallbang:?

Not likely. Just because the amount is the same, unless you're paying her in cash with marked currency, how do you know it's the EXACT money you're providing from child support? Having your money to help support the child could simply be freeing up her own cash to fund the account.

Agreed. You're not alone in feeling the money designated for your children is being spent on things other than them. However, as long as the children are being cared for properly it all comes out in the wash.

I've got a question:

Are the kids fed and clothed? Are the lights on in the house? Do they go to the doctor? Do they drink juice and have shoes on their feet? Do they brush their teeth with toothpaste (or whatever the household uses to brush teeth)? Is there gas and heat? Is the laundry being done? Because last I checked, none of the above is free.

If so, your money IS going to the children.
