My question involves criminal law for the state of: I WAS CAUGHT SHOPLIFTING THREE TIMES THE FIRST TWO WERE DEFERRED PROBATION AND THE LAST ONE WAS NOT. IT HAS BEEN 5 YEARS SINCE THEN AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GO TO LAW SCHOOL TO BETTER MY FUTURE BUT I CANT BECAUSE OF THESE CHARGES. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?:(:(
If you can't afford a lawyer of the skill level of say, F. Lee Bailey then you may hear a rather distinct sound.............the sound a promising career makes when it's torpedoed by not one, not two, not three, BUT FOUR extremely bad choices!
Too bad, so sad. Of course, some do equate 'criminal lawyer' with actual "offenses", but most times it's just purely metaphorical references.
Since when does being a thief keep you from becoming a lawyer? I thought lying and stealing was their job? Did they say you're over-qualified or something?
