Help save my kids, divorce needs to be dismissed due to residency
My question involves divorce in the State of: Indiana
My family has lived in Michigan for the past seven months. This can be proved with lease contracts, utility bills, federal & state tax returns, etc.
My wife has taken our kids back home to Indiana and filed for divorce. Her attorney says she has residency with her driver's license and voter registration card.
How do I get this case thrown out of court and brought back to Michigan?

You need a lawyer, perhaps two (one in each state). You would typically file a divorce and custody case in Michigan, then seek to have the Indiana case dismissed on the basis that it is an improper jurisdiction.
