My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
Is there a way to see my son before the court order?
I conceived a son with a women two years ago. I was there while she was pregnant and paid her $400 a month and got to have him just about every night until he was six months old and she moved 150 miles away. She refused money from me and got on medicare. The state made me pay 660 a month in child support. She recently got her third DUI and has a history of attempted suicide. She works in a bar and I do not believe she is fit to care for him. The court system is working very slowly. I petitioned for full custody and she will not let me see him AT ALL. I knwo this process is going to take forever. Is there anything I can do to make it where I can see him in the meantime of the custody battle? I miss my son and just want to be a part of his life. Even if I see him once a month til this is resolved. I missed his first words, and walk and everything. I have a stable job and home and no trouble with drugs or the law. I just want to see my son and eventually have him live in the room I set up for him that he hasn;t even gotten to see yet. Any advice?
There isn't an order as of yet. We havent had the first court date...still waiting. But, I want to see my son now.
