Emancipation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Oklahoma, Custer county. I need some advice on how to get emancipated. I lived with my sister for almost 7 years while my mother was in prison. Then my sister kicked me out so i lived with my mother when she got out of prison but she had a drug addict boyfriend. So i left my mothers and i am now living with a friend and my mother and sister are aware of where i am located. So how can i get emancipated and what are the proper laws on how i can do this.
