Possession In Michigan

last night me and a buddy were stting outside his apartment smoking a bowl when we saw a cop pull in the area, we got our stuff and ditched it right before he pulled us over, he walked up and asked where the weed was, we figured he saw us ditch the stuff so we complied and said we ditched it and he found it on the ground. 2 years ago i also got 2 MIP's but finished everything without any problems. But since i have 2 other misdemeanors and this would be my third is this gonig to be a felony now? and also am i eligible for the 7411?
