i know emancipation is difficult in ohio,but i was wondering if anyone knows if physical abuse is involved,what it takes to get emancipated.

Abuse is not grounds for emancipation its reason to contact CPS

Contact Child Protection Services and report the abuse.
One thing it would take would be for the state of Ohio to pass a statute allowing a minor to be emancipated, something they have not yet done.
Emancipation in Ohio is not difficult. It is impossible. I mean that literally. The ONLY ways a minor can be emancipated in Ohio is through legal marriage or through joining the active armed forces, both of which require parental permission and, depending on where in Ohio you are, may additionally require permission from the court.
