    Oregon Expungement With Multiple Offenses
    I have 4 charges (all misdemeanors) stemming from one incident 3 years ago. I read the Oregon laws but I am confused. Can all the charges be expunged at once since it was from the same incident?
    Thanks for your help!

    Oregon statute states that only one (1) conviction can be expunged every 10 years; #4 below. based on what I've read, if you have 4 separate convictions, no matter if it was from the same incident or not, there are 4 separate convictions and you need to wait 10 years between each request.

    "2. Must be over three (3) years from the date of CONVICTION;
    3. Class C Felony or less;
    4. Only one CONVICTION every ten (10) years can be EXPUNGED
